What you'll be doing:

In this role, you'll lead Delivery across EMEA, ensuring new partnerships, products, strategic business initiatives and IT projects are implemented successfully across the region. You'll provide leadership and oversight across a portfolio of complex implementations, working closely with Partnerships, Product, Technology and other business functions to turn commercial opportunities into well-governed, executable delivery plans.

• You'll lead and continue to evolve the Delivery framework across EMEA, driving a consistent, effective approach to implementing new partnerships and business initiatives.
• You'll own the business delivery process, ensuring appropriate project management methodology, governance and controls are embedded across implementations.
• You'll oversee a combined portfolio of business and technology projects, maintaining visibility across priorities, resources, timelines, dependencies, risks and key milestones, and applying the same governance and controls to both.
• You'll oversee the end-to-end implementation of new partnerships and initiatives, ensuring appropriate planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and reporting.
• You'll partner closely with Partnerships and Product leadership to support the successful delivery of new partnership agreements, products and propositions.
• You'll ensure key implementation requirements are addressed, including due diligence, Data Protection Impact Assessments, IT security assessments, Standard Operating Procedures and legal contracting.
• You'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing partner expectations with commercial, operational, governance and delivery requirements.
• You'll contribute your delivery expertise to new partnership opportunities and initial business assessments, helping the business understand implementation requirements, complexity, dependencies and risk.
• You'll provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders, escalating issues and establishing appropriate mitigation plans when required.
• You'll lead and develop the Delivery capability across EMEA, continually improving processes, governance and ways of working based on lessons learned from previous implementations.

What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:

• Significant experience in business delivery, implementation, programme management or a related delivery leadership role.
• Strong experience within the insurance industry, ideally involving partnership or deal implementation across multiple markets.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex insurance partnerships, products or business implementations.
• Strong programme and project management capability, with experience using recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Experience delivering IT projects, such as system implementations, integrations, or data and platform migrations, and working effectively with technical teams and suppliers.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, including complex dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
• Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how implementation requirements connect with partnership commitments and operational outcomes.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish credibility quickly, influence, negotiate and constructively challenge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure and practical solutions to complex delivery challenges.
• Strong leadership capability, with experience providing direction, establishing accountability and developing delivery capability across teams.
• Experience working across multiple countries or markets within EMEA would be advantageous.
