Zurich Capability Center is currently looking for a:

Business Systems Analyst

Role Description

• Own the requirements elaboration for features and enhancements related to Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter) modules.
• Collaborate closely with business SMEs to document functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into Guidewire-aligned solutions.
• Handover clear and detailed requirements to development and configuration teams.
• Support development teams during implementation through requirement clarifications and pre-UAT validation.
• Participate in Sprint Reviews and support feature demonstrations to business stakeholders.
• Perform post-implementation validation and provide Business Analyst sign-off for owned features and epics.
• Support business users during Early Business Reviews, SME testing, UAT, Model Office activities, and user trainings.

Skills Required

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain [Must Have]
• Solid knowledge of commercial insurance (Property & Casualty) [Must Have]
• Hands-on experience working with Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter) [Must Have]
• Experience supporting large-scale digital or core system transformation projects [Must Have]
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives) [Must Have]
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills [Must Have]
