Multinational Service Manager (Received/Reverse Flow)

Zurich North America is hiring a Multinational Service Manager (Received/Reverse Flow) to join our international operations team at our office in Schaumburg IL. We are also open to hiring talent at any Zurich office location or remotely at the sole discretion of the hiring manager.

As a member Zurich’s Operations management team you will have the opportunity to manage an underwriting operations unit, specializing in Casualty and Motor lines of business, to aid in ensuring appropriate international program business service delivery decisions. Specifically, you will plan and deliver international services to customers and brokers to achieve a positive customer experience, drive projects/improvements/efficiencies, and help the team to absorb and sustain changes.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area
  OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area
  AND
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal and regulatory environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Advanced knowledge of line/s (Casualty, Motor) of business
• Ability to manage and build rapport with team
• Excellent organizational, written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal and regulatory guidelines
• 6 months or more of supervisory or management experience
• Established Producer relationships
• Advanced skills in relationship building, active listening, needs analysis, and win-win negotiating
• Strong presentation skills and a solutions and service orientation

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $98,300.00 - $161,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
