Operations Analyst- Construction Telematics
Zurich North America’s (ZNA) Strategic Operations team is seeking an Operations Analyst to support Underwriters by tracking and reporting on accounts participating in our specialty construction motor telematics subsidy and data sharing program. You will play a key role in gathering, organizing, and validating telematics information for both new and renewal business, helping us deliver innovative insurance solutions.
This position will ideally be a well-qualified individual to work out of New York office or Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain accurate records of accounts enrolled in the telematics program, including subsidy status and data sharing agreements.
- Gather, organize, and validate telematics data for new and renewal business to support Underwriters.
- Generate reports on program participation, data trends, and compliance for internal stakeholders.
- Provide timely, customer-focused support to Underwriters, brokers, and agents regarding telematics program details and data requirements.
- Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., IT, Claims, Actuarial) to ensure seamless data flow and address basic data discrepancies.
- Maintain high accuracy in all administrative tasks and support the continuous improvement of underwriting processes.
- Support operational initiatives by coordinating timelines, agendas, and tracking progress on small-scale projects.
- Assist in documenting and refining underwriting workflows and data handling procedures.
- Support communication and implementation of small-scale changes within the underwriting process
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Operations area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Operations area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of business systems or similar data systems
- Experience with database management

Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $50,300.00 - $69,200.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
