Senior Premium Audit Director

Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Premium Audit Director to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in the following location: IL Remote. 

Purpose:

To manage Premium Audit operations in a given territory and ensure that Premium Audit resources and services are efficiently allocated and delivered across area of responsibility in line with business goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manages the financial resources in the assigned territory.
• Monitor and manage the human capital resources including coaching, counselling and supporting remote staff.
• Ensure that the premium audit process is completed timely and accurately.
• Ensures that field audits are completed at the offices of the insured in a timely fashion and following approved protocols.
• Ensures training of auditors.
• Develops and documents best practices.
• Ensures customer service to underwriters and to the insured externally.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Audit area
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Audit area
  OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Audit area
  AND
• Insurance Industry experience.
• Large, multi-state, multi-entity premium audit experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Need Construction Experience
• Experience in developing and presenting presentations
• Effective at managing resources and relationships in a remote environment
• People management or leadership experience

We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. 

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $98,300.00 -  $161,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
