Senior Premium Audit Director
Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Premium Audit Director to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in the following location: IL Remote.
Purpose:
To manage Premium Audit operations in a given territory and ensure that Premium Audit resources and services are efficiently allocated and delivered across area of responsibility in line with business goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manages the financial resources in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage the human capital resources including coaching, counselling and supporting remote staff.
- Ensure that the premium audit process is completed timely and accurately.
- Ensures that field audits are completed at the offices of the insured in a timely fashion and following approved protocols.
- Ensures training of auditors.
- Develops and documents best practices.
- Ensures customer service to underwriters and to the insured externally.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Audit area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Audit area
OR - Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Audit area
AND - Insurance Industry experience.
- Large, multi-state, multi-entity premium audit experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Need Construction Experience
- Experience in developing and presenting presentations
- Effective at managing resources and relationships in a remote environment
- People management or leadership experience

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $98,300.00 - $161,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
