Solutions Consultant
The Business Process & Change team (BC&P) is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Support Oriented Solutions Team in support of the Guidewire and My Book / My Referral digital platforms. This position is designated as remote. While we prefer candidates based in the West region, we will consider highly qualified individuals from any US geographical location.
This is a mid-level consultant position that supports the Guidewire Platform (PolicyCenter and Underwriting Management) and My Book / My Referral applications. Responsibilities include providing technical, process and training support to business stakeholders for the Guidewire and My Book / My Referral applications. Participate in Model Office and Implementation training activities leading to transition from Post Implementation to Business as Usual (BAU) support. Develop and create WalkMe builds in support of monthly release activities.
Provide technical support to business units, coordinate and facilitate monthly Guidewire Educational sessions and support refresher training sessions on request.
Additional responsibilities:
• Collaborate with ASC and IT partners diagnosing technology issues
• Test and communicate technology fixes as required
• Utilize business, technology and collaborative skills to work with business owners in
developing solutions for reported technology trends
• Provide input to the monthly Guidewire production support metrics report
• Coordinate planning and facilitation of requested ad hoc training
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area
OR - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area
AND - Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance underwriting technology applications: Guidewire
- Property and casualty insurance experience
- Project experience
- Process documentation and development experience (Visio)
- Change management experience
- Training experience
- Meeting facilitation experience
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships
- Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (PowerPoint)

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600.00 - $105,900.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
