Compensation Governance Consultant 80-100%

The Group Rewards Governance team is responsible for providing local plan expert executive services to internal and external stakeholders,

giving advice in line with rewards governance and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Compensation Governance Consultant your main responsibilities will involve:

 

  • Support the Head Group Rewards Governance in driving and managing the Rewards Governance agenda and implementing the Group Rewards framework

  • Understand regulatory imperatives and emerging requirements in key markets across all regions

  • Being aware of the key market trends and best practices in the field of executive compensation

  • Identifying and recommending professional solutions to compensation topics

  • Supporting the Equity administration and act as the deputy

  • Implementing quarterly routine and ad-hoc management information reports

  • Providing project management, high degree of problem solving & analysis and recommendations and participation in various CoE projects and initiatives

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Compensation in the insurance or financial industry

  • Relevant Professional Qualification (i.e. CCP or GRP)

  • Experience in Equity administration

  • Experience in dealing with Executive Management

  • Experience in leading projects within the subject matter of HR/Compensation across multiple regions

  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems

  • Excellent reporting and IT skills in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel

  • High degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information

  • Very strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and balance competing priorities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Very strong interpersonal skills and good networking ability

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
