Customer Insights Senior Manager - Digital Analytics - Group Customer Office, 80%-100%

Key to success are customer insights, as they enable us to identify pain points, always offer the most valuable solutions to customers’ changing needs and boost customer KPIs performance.

To drive our digital customer insights agenda, we are now searching for an experienced and passionate change leader, combining expertise in insight generation and digital analytics with the ability to deliver impact across functions and geographies.

The Digital Analytics Senior Manager will to join our Customer, Market & Brand Insights team and own the global digital analytics strategy, generate impactful centrally driven insights, manage our state-of-the-art digital analytics toolkit and collaborate with Business Units in defining and executing their digital analytics strategy and roadmap.
What you will do 


•    Own and refine the overall Global Digital Analytics Strategy and framework, focusing on insights generation and impact. Rollout our global digital analytics framework in key markets.
•    Link Digital Analytics with other sources of customer insights, e.g. NPS, Brand Tracker, Social Media, etc.
•    Evolve our global digital analytics dashboard to drive customer impact through centrally generated insights. 
•    Manage and keep improving our digital analytics toolkit.
•    Work with Business Units to shape their own digital analytics strategy and roadmap, oversee toolkit implementation and evolution, identify common priorities and leverage synergies.


What you will bring 


•    Passion for generating impact and driving change.
•    Expertise in digital customer insights. 
•    Technical expertise in digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Tealium, etc).
•    Strong problem solving and problem structuring skills.
•    Ability to setup and steer cross-functional / multi-country programs.
•    Ability to successfully deliver under pressure, with multiple priorities and rapid, sometimes unexpected changes.
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to simply articulate complex topics, listen and gain support from internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
•    Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership and is positive contributor to the team.
•    Master degree + min 5 years in multinational corporations.
