Our opportunity


As a Digital Business Analyst you augment a high profile team of business analysts, solution architects and developers working on a strategic project for Commercial Insurance customers and brokers worldwide. You will take the responsibility for extending the market facing Portal capabilities as per the market needs and aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.


What you will do


As a Digital Business Analyst you will:

 

  • Act as a liaison between the business / product owners and the development team
  • Run virtual workshops with our corporate customers, brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Co-create/lead business process and technical solution designs, create user stories, define new capabilities, and support the testing
  • Support customer onboarding to our market facing Portal
  • Document business solution concepts and integration overviews
  • Identify risks and dependencies, manage and timely raise these to Product Owner/Manager

 


What you bring

 

  • Solid understanding of web portals
  • BA certification or similar
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Ability to develop and explain concepts to various stakeholder 
  • Collaborative and team focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and working relationships across the organization
  • Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvements, increasing transparency
  • Working experience in agile project methodologies 
  • Preferably comfortable with Jira, Confluence, Figma
  • Proactive, self-starter and quick learner with a ‘Get things done’ attitude
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills are a must 
  • Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage
