Our Group CFO is looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant, who would thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides administrative and strategic support to the Group CFO Office, ensuring efficient management of priorities, projects, and initiatives. The role goes beyond diary and travel management, acting as a trusted partner in driving operational excellence, supporting cross-functional projects, and enabling effective decision-making. This role requires someone with a growth mindset, sense of urgency, a desire to collaborate with the team and ultimately take accountability to bring efficiencies to the Group CFO Office. 

What you will do 

Administrative Support:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate key meetings across time zones.
  • Prepare executive materials and oversee confidential correspondence.


Coordination & Communication Support:

  • Ensure concise, clear and timely communications between CFO, Finance LT, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as first contact and triage requests.
  • Support the creation and review of materials.


Support on Key Projects & People Processes:

  • Support strategic projects and process improvements.
  • Champion collaboration tools and track resources.

What you bring

  • Proven Executive Assistant experience with strong stakeholder management and history of handling highly confidential material.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and keen to leverage technology to improve productivity.
  • Independent, proactive, and collaborative with a growth mindset.
  • Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and to adapt quickly.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
