What you will do
- Executive Reward Leadership: Advise the senior business leaders on all aspects of executive remuneration, including benchmarking, incentive design, and regulatory compliance.
- Remuneration Committee Support: Prepare materials for the Remuneration Committee, ensuring robust governance and clear, insightful recommendations.
- Strategic Reward Design: Develop and deliver innovative, market-leading reward solutions that reinforce Zurich’s business strategy and drive high performance at the executive level.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of governance and risk management, ensuring all reward practices meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global trends in executive compensation and share actionable insights to ensure Zurich remains an employer of choice.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships across the organization, influencing senior stakeholders and supporting major business initiatives, including M&A and organizational transformation.
What you bring
- Experience: 10+ years’ experience in total rewards, with a strong focus on executive compensation, Remuneration Committee advisory, and performance management in large, complex multinational environments.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements (including FINMA), and best practices in executive and broad-based reward.
- Influence: Proven ability to build credibility and influence at Board, Executive Committee, and senior leadership levels.
- Strategic Vision: Track record of designing and implementing reward strategies that deliver on business goals, support transformation, and drive engagement.
- Analytical Excellence: Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or CCP certification is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling recommendations.
