HR Consultant 80-100%

Are you passionate about supporting people and driving business success? We’re looking for a dedicated HR Consultant to join our thriving Group HR Team in Zurich. In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, playing a key part in shaping our people strategy and delivering impactful HR solutions.

You’ll work across a variety of areas, offering expert guidance and practical support to help our teams grow and succeed.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and managers to provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Lead and deliver HR projects across recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to uncover trends, support business decisions, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Act as a change agent, supporting transformation and continuous improvement across HR functions.
  
  

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting or a comparable HR advisory capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate HR data and insights.
• Proficiency in HR data tools and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.
• Project management experience and a solution-oriented approach.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment law.
