HR Transformation & Change Specialist 80-100%, temporary until 30.09.2026
At Zurich, we’re on an exciting journey to modernize our HR function. As we progress through a large-scale SuccessFactors cloud migration, we’re looking for an experienced HR Transformation & Change Specialist to join our global HR technology team. In this pivotal role, you’ll become an integral part of our established business change workstream where you will combine transformation leadership with business process design - helping us architect, optimize, and lead meaningful change within our diverse HR community to ensure our new ways of working are adopted smoothly and deliver real value.
What you will do
- Implement change management strategies that not only support the SuccessFactors migration and broader HR transformation, but also embed new and improved business processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and local teams to understand, assess, and address the impacts of change on existing business processes, tailoring approaches to fit diverse cultures, operational maturity, and business requirements.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communication and training materials that illustrate both the transformation journey and the benefits of updated business processes, bringing our story to life for all employees.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the program.
- Work closely with project teams to align change activities with technical and business milestones.
- Monitor change readiness, capture feedback, and adjust plans to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Champion Zurich’s values of optimism, togetherness, and forward-thinking throughout the transformation journey.
What you bring
- Proven experience with HR change management and business process improvement for major HR technology transformation programs (SuccessFactors or similar preferred).
- Strong HR background, ideally with exposure to global organizations and diverse HR service models.
- Solid understanding of HR technology platforms—hands-on experience with SuccessFactors is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and manage complexity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can simplify complex topics and inspire confidence at all levels.
- Collaborative, empathetic approach, with a passion for making a positive impact.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
