Head of Proposition - Synched Mobility

Have you successfully developed, launched and managed mobility/motor insurance products & services across multiple European markets? 
 
Do you get excited about mega trends like connected cars & digitalization, electromobility, embedded insurance and service ecosystems? 
 
Zurich Global Ventures is building a new venture to shape the change in the mobility & insurance industries. This includes a full-service MGA to offer a multi-market, digital B2B2C service & insurance proposition with partners. 
We are a growth focused independent unit within Zurich Group, dedicated to building and scaling new business beyond traditional insurance with a common DNA of global digital distribution, engaging services and data at scale. 
 
For our embedded insurance venture “Synched” we are now looking for a valued member who will be responsible for the following:

What you will do

• Win & execute multi-market partnerships with automotive/mobility players 
• Develop B2B2C motor/mobility insurance products & value add services 
• Leverage Zurich expertise across countries / functions (i.e. product, pricing, underwriting, claims, risk, compliance) for a unique proposition 
• Contribute to a delighting customer experience & state-of-the art tech stack  
• Coordinate and manage internal and external insurance relationships 
• Ensure overall performance of the insurance portfolio 

 
What you bring

• Willingness and skills to build from scratch 
• 10+ years relevant experience & network in insurance & mobility 
• Willingness and proven history of developing a strategy, establishing a proposition and executing to drive disruption 
• Growth-mindset and a successful track-record in such environments
