Junior Institutional Sales Manager - Zurich Invest AG, 80-100%

As Junior Institutional Sales Manager we offer you an exciting opportunity at Zurich Invest AG (ZIAG). We are a Swiss fund management company and provider of investment solutions for institutional and private clients. The wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Company Ltd manages assets of over CHF 40 billion and is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

What you will do


  • You cultivate and expand (cross and upsell) existing customer relationships and acquire additional new customers
  • You support and inspire the sales team in all operational matters in order to anticipate and satisfy customer needs
  • You support the maintenance of our CRM system and make full use of its data to further boost the whole team
  • You support the organization and participate in client focused events
  • You collaborate proactively with a range of Zurich stakeholders, including Investment Management, Asset Management, Corporate Life and Pension, Sales, Marketing and Communication



What you bring


  • Completed university degree in Banking & Finance or a similar field and ideally an additional qualification such as AZEK, CFA and/or CAIA
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (sales, investments); Swiss Institutional and pension market knowledge are of advantage.
  • Motivated self-starter with an innovative mindset and a communicative, empathic, resilient and adaptable personality
  • Strong client-orientation, willingness to learn Customer Relationship Management techniques, accurate working style, a team-player and reliable person
  • Ability to deal with change and resolve unknown problems, good implementation skills, hands-on attitude
  • Excellent German and very good English skills; French or Italian language skills are of advantage

Travel requirement: up to approx. 30% for client visits (locally)
