You’ll work alongside highly qualified lawyers who provide expert legal advice for a range of headquarter activities. What you will do
Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel Reporting & Disclosure of the ESG Legal & Corporate Law team, you will:
- Support reporting and disclosure processes, including preparation, coordination and processing of relevant documentation
- Support with the drafting and review of standardized contracts as well as corporate and marketing documentation
- Support signings and closings and support processes in relation with M&A transactions, regular annual filings, internal reorganizations, entering of new business
- Support corporate secretarial work for centrally managed subsidiaries and subsidiary governance processes
- Review, analyze, and compile Corporate Governance documents, industry best practices and guidelines
- Act as deputy for the support of local users of the global company database
- Support the team in the setup of know how and collaboration solutions, feed with information and documents and keep up to date
- Conduct rule-checks re compliance with regulatory requirements reports and of corporate documentation
- General paralegal support on matters emerging on a day-to-day basis and special projects
Work location is Zürich, Switzerland.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in legal practice or equivalent through experience
- Highly trustworthy, reliable and loyal person
- Team player with ability and experience in working in a multi-cultural and international environment
- Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills
- Strong digital skills
- Ability to handle numerous and competing tasks and priorities, and to be resourceful and composed under pressure, coupled with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate working style, and ability to follow direction and procedures while working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Resident in Switzerland and already in possession of a valid Swiss work permit.
