As a Product Owner within the Digital Product Quality Services organization, you are responsible for translating the product strategy into tangible service delivery. Your mission is to ensure that the digital product’s services are available, compliant, and efficient across the Zurich Switzerland application landscape.

What you will do
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for the digital product’s services; translate business and technical needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of environment and data provisioning
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, test, and DevOps teams to align delivery and quality objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, FINMA); communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Support integration into the Quality Tool Chain and promote the DevOps approach across the delivery lifecycle
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in Quality Management, Transition Management, Test Automation/Monitoring, TEM, TDM, or related areas
- Deep understanding of test processes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and an agile mindset with experience in Scrum or SAFe environments
- Solid knowledge of test environment and test data management concepts, with hands-on experience in relevant tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Previous experience in large enterprises within the financial industry (banks or insurance companies) and a strong understanding of GDPR and FINMA compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical and business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
