Sustainability Consultant 80-100%

Sustainability is about how we do business. To scale up our efforts, we are looking for an innovative, knowledgeable and passionate person to join the team and contribute to this journey. The Sustainability Consultant works closely with the Group Head of Sustainability Integration, Group Sustainability team, various Group functions and countries to define and implement the Group’s Strategic Sustainability Framework, support development of key initiatives and monitor delivery against our plans, targets and goals.

What you will do

• Working closely with the Group Head of Sustainability Integration in implementing the sustainability strategy and raising awareness about the Group’s efforts.
• Supporting the development of the Group’s strategic sustainability framework and other strategic initiatives as they arise.
• Assessing sustainability issues/opportunities and recommending solutions to achieve business objectives.
• Keep an overview of the progress and performance in each of our three sustainability themes; Customer, Planet and People.
• Interacting with countries, regions and functions to further embed sustainability into the organization’s culture and values.
  
  

What you bring

• Proven track record of problem-solving, strategy development and execution.
• Proven record of relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to motivate and influence others in a collaborative way.
• Good understanding of sustainability and the implementation of sustainability strategies in local environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and aptitude to distill and interpret key facts and actions required 
  Passionate, committed and entrepreneurial personality.
