We are looking for a Team Assistant to support the Regional CIO Europe and the Strategy Implementation Team within Investment management.

What you will do

 

  • Provide administrative support for the Executives and team members and manage administrative tasks independently
  • Executives’ diary management ensuring best use of their time
  • Provide cover for and support to the Executive Assistant for the Head of Strategy Implementation
  • Provide meeting support including coordinating operational aspects of the meetings and regular calls
  • Manage budget administration, process expenses and invoices for Executives and wider teams
  • Complex travel coordination (including flights, hotels, transfers etc) in line with Company guidelines for the Executives and wider teams

 

What you bring

 

  • At least 3 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in an international company
  • Flexible approach to apply and adapt to different business needs
  • Excellent organizational skills with customer-oriented personality and strong proactiveness
  • Independent, but collaborative way of working
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is an advantage
