What you will do

• Support the Compliance Operations and Assurance team to execute core Compliance processes such as the Compliance Risk Assessment and the annual Compliance activities planning and to drive continuous process improvement
• Support the team in the development, operation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance GRC tool, existing dashboard applications in Power BI and visualization tools
• Drive data analysis and preparation to identify global trends and insights
• Support the team in managing our Group, regional and local stakeholders
• Support and drive existing and future innovation and automation projects.

What you bring

• Actively pursuing higher education, ideally studying Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Prior work experience is required, financial services/consulting is an advantage
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented, curiosity, learning agility
• Tech skills: data analytics skills, Power Bi and AI/Copilot knowledge required. Python and Databricks nice to have
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Business English fluency is essential
• For the length of the contract, enrolled at a University/ Institute of higher education and be located in Switzerland.
