Working Student Finance Transformation (80%-100%) 12 months

137434

Global Finance Transformation is building a simpler, insights-led Finance function through common data, standardized processes, automation and shared platforms - shifting effort from manual production to analysis and business insight.

Delivered as one global, centrally governed program, it connects workstreams through an integrated plan, clear milestones, disciplined funding and transparent management of dependencies, benefits, risks and decisions.

Role purpose

Support the Central PMO in running the program’s integrated control tower and maintaining one reliable view of delivery. Turn workstream inputs into timely planning, financial and governance information; follow through on actions, decisions and escalations. Develop and deliver specific analysis required for the different workstreams and program office as identified by the program.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrated master plan; consolidate workstream deliverables, milestones and look-ahead
  • Track the critical path and cross-workstream dependencies; follow up owners and flag slippage
  • Support spend, forecast and benefits tracking against the business case and stage gates
  • Maintain the RAAIDD log and monitor aging, mitigation and escalation
  • Prepare governance packs and meetings; capture decisions, actions and follow-up
  • Drive and deliver ad hoc analysis supporting the program and the different workstream – depending on priorities

Your Profile

  • Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in finance, business, economics or a related field ( for the entire duration of the position)
  • Digitally savvy, with strong Excel, PowerPoint knowledge and other tools such as Claude Code, Copilot and Power BI being a plus
  • Proactive and reliable, with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • Clear communicator with good English language skills who collaborates effectively across teams
  • Interest in transformation and project management
