Working Student - GRM Training support, 60-100%, 6 months duration

Now is the time to move forward and make a difference! Group Risk Management (GRM) is undergoing a GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) transformation with the goal to streamline risk management processes, strengthen link between policies and controls, and generate better data insights. Consequently, the Group-wide GRC tool is being reconfigured to reflect simplified processes and business requirements arising from the GRC transformation. To equip the 9.000 global users of the GRC tool to onboard smoothly and to adopt the new GRC tool, a comprehensive training is required.

Group Risk Transformation and Operations team (GRTO) is looking for a motivated candidate who will help us execute our GRC training strategy. You will be introduced to a broad range of risk management subject areas and will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the risk management experts, while being empowered to bring and present own ideas.

 

 

What you will do

 

As a GRM Capability Building Support your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaboration with the GRM experts to develop video tutorials and training content
  • E-learning production with Elucidat authoring tool
  • Upload of the new e-learning in the Risk Academy on MyDevelopment
  • Promotion of training through established channels – Zurich Engage, GRM newsletter, etc.
  • Coordination of work with the SMEs
  • Support of other GRM training building activities

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Risk Management, Pedagogy, Marketing, Communications etc.)
  • Experience in developing presentations or training
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and openness to explore different MS tools
  • Storytelling skills, basic understanding of project management
  • Proactive, confident, creative, collaborative, can-do mentality
  • Motivation and curiosity for the capability building topic
  • Ability to self-organize and multi-task as appropriate
  • Business fluent in English
  • Understanding of risk management concepts and processes is a strong asset
