Working Student IT Service Management, 40-80 %, 6-12 months duration

As a working student, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of topics, collaborating with a diverse team in an open and supportive atmosphere. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and help us build the data foundations for tomorrow.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support for Microsoft 365 and business applications 

  • Development and maintenance of solutions with PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) for process optimization in IT support 

  • Assistance with administrative tasks (invoice verification, project work, news publication) 

  • Ordering and managing IT equipment 

  • Escalation and follow-up of IT incidents 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar 

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 

  • Language skills: German (very good), English (good) 

  • Independent, structured working style and team spirit 

  • Interest in IT service processes and digitalization
