Working Student IT Service Management, 40-80 %, 6-12 months duration

As a working student, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of topics, collaborating with a diverse team in an open and supportive atmosphere. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and help us build the data foundations for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:

Support for Microsoft 365 and business applications

Development and maintenance of solutions with PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) for process optimization in IT support

Assistance with administrative tasks (invoice verification, project work, news publication)

Ordering and managing IT equipment
-
Escalation and follow-up of IT incidents
Requirements:

Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar

Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Language skills: German (very good), English (good)

Independent, structured working style and team spirit

Interest in IT service processes and digitalization
