You will be introduced to a broad spectrum of topics while working on several priorities in close collaboration with many team members in a truly international environment.

What you will do

 

  • Support the Group Compliance Methodology and Reporting team to execute core compliance processes such as risk assessment, planning and reporting and to drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives 
  • Support the team in the development, operation and continuous improvement of our Compliance GRC tool and existing dashboard applications in Power BI
  • Drive data analysis and preparation to identify trends and insights.

 

What you bring
 

  • Actively engaged in further education, ideally studying Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent, with some practical work experience 
  • Data analytics skills and affinity to applications/technology such as MS Office. Power BI is required 
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks 
  • A team player, able to work in a dynamic environment 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Business English fluency is essential 
  • At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education 
  • You must be located in Switzerland for the length of the contract.
