Working student Corporate Archives, 40%, 3 months duration

Das erwartet dich - Du unterstützt unser Team beim Umverpacken von Archivbeständen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen das Öffnen, Sichten und Neuverpacken von historischen Akten und Dokumenten in neue Archivbehältnisse. Dabei arbeitest du sorgfältig und trägst dazu bei, unsere Bestände optimal zu erhalten.

Zudem wirkst du beim Aufbau eines Objekteinventars mit. Dazu gehören insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten: Fotografieren der einzelnen Objekte, Erfassen und Verzeichnen der relevanten Daten zu jedem Objekt und fachgerechtes Verpacken der inventarisierten Gegenstände.

Dein Profil:

• Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (Fachrichtung Geschichte bevorzugt)
• Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
• Körperliche Belastbarkeit (gelegentliches Heben von schweren Schachteln und Kisten)

Wir bieten:

• Flexible Arbeitszeiten: Die 25 Arbeitstage können am Stück absolviert werden oder alternativ über mehrere Wochen verteilt, z. B. jeweils an einem bis zwei Tage pro Woche – ideal neben dem Studium
• Angenehmes Arbeitsklima im kleinen Team
• Der Einsatz ist zunächst auf 25 Arbeitstage befristet. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit auf weitere und regelmässige Hilfsarbeiten im Archiv.
