AI Marketing & Social growth Assistant Manager

We are looking for an AI-native Brand & Social growth manager to lead social content, brand storytelling and content-driven growth for digital business. This role will translate product benefits and scenarios into engaging social strategy and digital campaigns across Wechat, RedNote and other social platforms to support traffic and conversion growth.
This is not a traditional social media posting role, we are looking for someone with strong content and marketing sense, consumer understanding, creative spirit and the ability to use AI tools naturally in daily digital and marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    AI marketing workflow
Use generative AI tools to improve the efficiency of content ideation, copywriting, video scripting, visual briefing, competitor analysis and campaign adaptation.
Build and optimize reusable content assets, such as prompt templates, headline libraries and campaign content templates.

Proactively explore new AI tools and content production methods to improve marketing productivity and execution speed.
2.    GEO&AI Search optimization
Lead and support GEO and AI search optimization by working with channel owners to structure brand and product content in a way that is AI-friendly and searchable within AI environments. Improve discoverability across AI platforms.
3.    AI-powered Insight & Testing
Use AI tools to support social listening, competitor review, customer insight generation and campaign performance analysis. Develop AI testing ideas for content angles, creative formats and customer journeys, and turn findings into actionable plan for digital growth.
4.    Social Media & Content Strategy
Manage social content planning, daily operation and campaign execution across WeChat, RedNote and other relevant platforms.
Adapt content angles, headlines, social copy and short video scripts based on different platform formats and user behaviors.
Track content performance, including views, clicks, engagement, saves, shares, traffic contribution and assisted conversion, and provide optimization recommendations.
5.    Brand Storytelling
Translate brand strengths, product benefits and service capabilities into consumer-friendly, engaging and credible content.
Support brand campaigns, product campaigns, seasonal travel campaigns and social activations with creative concepts and content execution.
Ensure content is not only informative, but also emotionally relevant, easy to understand and aligned with the brand tone.
6.    Cross-functional & Agency Collaboration
Work with product, legal, compliance, performance marketing, website, IT and external agencies to ensure content is engaging, compliant and conversion-oriented.
Coordinate social agencies, designers, video vendors, KOLs and KOCs to ensure content quality, brand consistency and execution efficiency.
Provide hands-on feedback and content judgment instead of only managing timelines and processes.

Requirements:
1.    3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand marketing or e-commerce operation
2.    Experience in consumer goods, travel, lifestyle, content commerce, OTA, airline, hotel, credit card benefits or other consumer-facing industries is preferred.
Insurance or financial services experience is not required, but compliance awareness is a plus.
3.    AI Capability
AI mindset, with hands-on experience using generative AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Kling, Canva, Feishu AI is a plus.
Ability to use AI not only for copywriting, but also for ideation, content creation, competitor analysis, campaign review and workflow improvement.
4.    Data & Business Sense
Basic data sense, with the ability to optimize content based on views, clicks, engagement and conversion-related metrics.
Understanding of how social content can support traffic generation, brand trust and digital sales conversion.
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, private traffic, official websites or online store conversion is a plus.
